Use another Power Outlet

Try another charging Cable

Check with charging jack

* Now remove your finger and hit the "Yes" button.

Option 2 Hard Reset Garmin GPS device:
  • ·        Go to View Map option.
  • ·        Tap the Speed icon.
  • ·        Now tap and hold the speedometer for 5 seconds at least.
  • ·        When you will see Diagnostics Page, remove your finger.
  • ·        Now tap the "Clear all user data" option.
  • ·        Then you will be asked "Erase all user data?” tap "Yes" option.

Your device is reset now, the master reset will erase all saved favorites and local settings but all of your downloaded stuff is still available on the cloud. You can get access to them easily. 

Garmin Nuvi won't charge

Dead Battery
